What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google's OAuth flow. We do not receive or ever see your Google password.

Everything else in your account — workout templates, workout history, body weight logs, foods, meals, and goals — is data you enter yourself while using the app.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the app's functionality to you: rendering your dashboard, history, and progress charts. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Third-party services

• Google OAuth — used for authentication only.
• Open Food Facts — when you search for a food or scan a barcode, the product name and barcode are sent to the Open Food Facts public API to retrieve nutrition data. No personal information is sent with these requests.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Security

Your data is private to your account — every request is scoped to your authenticated session, and access requires signing in with the Google account associated with your data.
